Suggest Treatment For Flatulence, Vomiting And Abdominal Bloating
I have been treated for and take medication for acid reflux. However as of late my symptoms have returned. I have occasional bouts of stomach pain, vomiting, diareaha, and a lot of gas and bloating. the worst of these only lasts for a couple of hours but the gas and bloating lasts for a couple of days.

Most probably it is due to gastritis secondary to acid reflux.
As a first line management, you can take antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
Avoid spicy foods.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
