Suggest Treatment For Flatulence

I have a bad flatulence problem. Even though I avoid gas producing foods like beans, broccoli, cabbage etc., I have a sweet tooth and tend to eat chocolates, ice creams occassionaly. I avoid red meats to once a month. Am stressed as sometimes, I tend to pass gas without really knowing it which is embarassing if people are around since it is really smelly. Please advise.
