Suggest Treatment For Flu Symptoms

hello i have had flu symptoms for the last two weeks .. fever and i lost my voice. Im taking Cephalexin antibiotics but i still do not feel better and my voice is not back. I live in los angeles i heard there is a flu outbreak out here.. What should i do? should i go back to see a different doctor?

Meet an ent doctor. This is probably a severe laryngitis/pharyngitis. You will need to be on antibiotics, and probably steroids if antibiotics don't help. Meanwhile, I think it would be a good idea to have steam inhalation, and warm saline gargles.

parCetamol can be used for fever and bodyache. Plenty of fluids should help you find relief. I think a course of multi vitamin will have a great effect on the condition.

Well come to HCM
If this is flu like symptoms then antibiotic wont work here, because flu is not bacterial disease, this is viral infection and this need to be manage with general management, and some time needs treatment, like Tab Acetaminophen with Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day, try to have voice rest for some days, take care and have a nice day.
