Suggest Treatment For Fluid Build Up In The Nasal Cavity
I have this clear fluid that builds up under my skin on my nose... I notice after it drains, my sinuses feel drained... it s causing sinus bud up.... Seems to be growing. ... I ll drain it... then it will become a bit raised , scabs but next day it will start over.. but I m walking around with consist low fever...?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be allergic condition and congestion is likely if I would be treating physician of this case then I would treat this case with "Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine" three times in day, try steam inhalation, drink hot water, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
