Suggest Treatment For Foggy Vision Of Eye

I have foggy vision from my right eye ,I consult to an eye specialist ,he send me to physician to confirm the migrain or sinusitis 'l went through mri and polypoid mucosal thicking inbilateral ethmoid and maxillary sinuses ditected .please suggest the treatment

It seems from the history that you are having foggy vision and you were referred from your eye specialist to physician.
The investigations by MRI suggest sinusitis.
This requires treatment for sinusitis in the form of antibiotics, antiinflammatory and decongestant drugs. But sinusitis will not cause foggy vision. This requires evaluationby ophthalmologist.
