Suggest Treatment For Foul Smelling Urine

My child has very strong urine smell and I ve been told she s FOS and I wanted to know will that play a factor in her urine smelling so bad. When I have sent her urine to the pediatrician in the past it always has bacteria in it but yet she never has UTI symptoms....please help

You first have to make her to drink as much water as you can, then you should do a urine culture to detect the kind of bacteria in the urine and give it the proper antibiotic
