Suggest Treatment For Frequent Aacidity

Hello,
Live in Virginia, 59 y. o. male. 6'1", 185 lbs. Triple bypass 18 years ago. 25mg Metoprolol, 10mg Crestor, 325mg aspirin and various supplements. Eat healthy, fresh fruits/vegetables, sat fat free small portion meats. Been a moderate to heavy drinker for 40 years. Mostly week-end binge. Last several months or year have not been "able" to drink heavy. Bad hang overs that last. Now a light drinker, but constant on week-ends. Lately (couple weeks), LIGHT drinker to almost none.
I went to Florida 3 months ago, camped and cleared some property, including burning brush and trash. Something seems to have changed since then. I keep a very slight headache/feeling, thick dome style. Heart flutter now and then. A lot of burping. BP is normal, maybe a bit low. Just a feeling that I am not healthy and something is wrong. I have been eating lots of antacids, reduced the drinking to nil and have stepped up my exercise routine to 30 mins. moderate to heavy treadmill per day. Went to my cardiologist. ECG and check up. He doesn't seem concerned. Follow up in 2 months.
I just can't seem to get back on track and feeling normal again. I do think this was building up over the last year or so, but I could make lifestyle adjustments and bounce back. Florida trip seemed to be a tipping point. THANKS for any help. Kim
