General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

First tell us what is your problem, why you are taking these medications?
Amoxyclav can cause stomach problems, prednesolone may cause gastritis.
If you take Antacids may get little relief, better consult your doctor and change Amoxyclav.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. C.ELANCHEZHIAN, General & Family Physician
