Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And Tight Foreskin On Penis

Got history of stress induces gastritis
Now the problem is I am not able to hold liquids for long. Feel like passing urine quite often
Age is 29, Male
Sugar levels are ok. Dont know what to do.
Another issue is , while sexual intercourse, the foreskin tightens at the neck of the penis and it pains very badly, so I lose my erection

with passing urine frequently and history of contact and tight foreskin ,u might be suffering from urinary tract infection. Get urine routine and culture. Treat ur infection with culture sensitive antibiotics with alkalizer and urispas thrice daily.
Tight foreskin during sexual intercourse may cause paraphimosis. U must be careful to peull the foreskin forward if in case it gets retracted back. I would advise u to have circumcision. This will let u have undisturbed and satisfied sexual contact and also reduce chances of acquiring urinary tract infection and sexually transmitted diseases.
