Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination, Back Pain And Chills
I have gone to the doctor several times over the past two weeks, each time a new symptom has appeared (first urinating frequently, fever and or chills, back pain and most recently foul smelling urine which smells neither sweet or yeasty - more toxic like). I have had four urine cultures come back negative for infection and I ve been through two rounds of antibiotics. What could I have?
Hello and thank you for your question. It is possible that you have something called interstitial cystitis. It is an inflammatory condition in the bladder that causes frequent urination and pain, though no infection is present. You would need to see a urologist and be tested for this to make the diagnosis. In the mean time drink plenty of water and avoid caffeine, nicotine, alcohol and chocolates and see if that gives you some relief Regards
