Suggest Treatment For Furunculosis On Stomach

Good evening Doctor. My wife has a reoccurring furunculosis on her stomach. currently she has a number six carbunculus, just below her left breast. it looks nasty and has been draining pus for the past 4 days. however she has redness around the area. We have been seen GP numerous times, and have been in the walkin centre as well. At the moment I am thinking of going to the walkin centre again for her to have some antibiotics prescribed. She already took three full courses of antibiotics. What do you think?

I really appreciate your concern, blood born disease is very likely I would advise to first rule out the possibility of diabetes because if it is there then healing would be late, for antibiotic "Tab Cefdinir 300 mg" twice in day for 10 days would be best, taking bath twice in day even better along with medicines hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
