Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
So I am pretty sure I have a ganglion cyst in my knee, however all the articals I have read said they are not supposed to move. The one in my knee moves 360 around my patella and up into my thigh. I did just have a latteral release of the patella done on my knee.
Consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated. You can plan for. l either excision of the cyst or aspiration. Excision is the preferred method and chances for recurrence are low for excision when compared to aspiration.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
