Hi I m a 44 year old male. I smoke on and off usually 3 days out of 7. I work as cabin crew for an airline and I have been experiencing what I belueved so far as gastro symptoms. Unsettled stimach which originally lead to projectile vomiting. Now I just get nausious when I ve eaten or moving around. I ve had periodical diohrea yesterday my stool turned a very pale colour then it has been very yellow at times very dark brown. My shoulders ache and I have short pains in my right elbo, which I attributed to previous work. I have been feeling the cold more so than normal not sweaty but have to rug up. I m concerned this may be more than just viral gastro... What are your thoughts?
