Symptom , mild pain on upper abdomen and gas formation, age 30 years, height 172 cms, weight 78 kgs from last 3 years, no problem in endoscopy, in LFT , no problem for beluribin and in ultrasonography- no problem but only fatty liver.

Please suggest.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms are nonspecific, but these may be suggestive of gastritis, GERD or a hiatal hernia. So you should do gastroscopy to evaluate it more accurately. This is caused by irritation of stomach mucosa by certain food or medications, stress, and smoking.

It should be treated by changing lifestyle habits first, and in severe cases, medications or surgery may be required. You need to eat smaller meals but or frequently, avoid long sitting after a meal and regulate your body mass.

You need to avoid fried food, carbonated drinks, coffee, alcohol and spicy food. You should eat more milk products, vegetables, and boiled food. Also, certain antacid medications may be required by diagnosis should be established first.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein
