Suggest Treatment For Generalized Anxiety Disorder
i recently had a severe case of dizziness/vertigo.then my skin started to burn and i was sweating.i also had hot flashes .i have been diagnosed with depression as well as generalized anxiety disorder.i took my medication and am currently feeling better.i checked my blood pressure and it was 139/93.could this have been something other than a panic attack.
hi, thanks for writing,, i have understood your concerns..
yeah the symptoms you have experienced can be a part of anxiety attacks. person also feels that he will be going crazy or he will die. there is also a feeling of impeding doom.
whatever medications you were given must be appropriate for anxiety because you are improving,..
you blood pressure is on a border of normal and higher. so you should go for regular BP monitoring at lest for 3 days in a week. if it continues to come like this then you can take beta blockerpropranolol which decreases blood pressure as well as controls anxiety. you have been diagnosed properly and on appropriate treatment. what is your age? if your age is more than 60 years then once you shud go for ECG.
i hope this will be helpful to you,, best of luck.
