Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I'm a 5'5" female, light smoker - I have this throat pressure, lump feeling; slight cough; slight nausea and chest pressure and a little upper back (in between should blades) ache..... every where I look, it seems to be GERD, what are your thoughts? This has been going on for approx 2.5 weeks....
HI I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I could say that if this is reflux esophagus disease then this can be well treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, for six week and this regime fives excellent result, take care and have a nice day.
