Suggest Treatment For Giddiness With COPD

In 1986, I was a pluricy patient and after treatment I recovered, But, after recovery, i fill giddyness at bed time, left side head acheing, left side body hand and leg nurve wickness. My pluricy was right lower lung, and till now I feel a burning sense also feel uneasy at right lower lung. In tne mean time my doctor findout COPD and treatment is going on. Drug history: For pluricy: 1. Refampicine, 2. Isoniazide. 3. Prednisolone etc. For Giddyness: Initialy used Flupentixol BP but now use Clonazepam 0.5mg. For COPD: 1.Seretide Accuhaler 50/250 2.     Inhaler Tiotropium (9 µg / puff) 3.Fluticasone Propionate BP Nasal Spray 4.Montelukast INN 10mg 5.Trevox (Antibiotic) 500mg – 7 Days 6.Desloratadine 5mg. presently giddyness , right lung burning sense, COPD increasing grdually, which type of specialist doctor and in which hospital I consult?

Hi. I can understand your concern.
Get a chest x ray done to look for any other cause.So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is needed for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
It will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
Your may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) titration based on PFT .
Don't worry, you will be alright.
