Suggest Treatment For Grade 1 Fatty Liver Condition

I am suffering from grade1 fatty liver from the past 2 years.
Any remedy?
age:55 years
weight:85 kg
height:176cm
taking anti depressant &anti anxiety medicine regularly from past 10 years.
Not diabetic
NO BP problem
having varicose veins in both legs

Your BMI is 27.4 and you are a little overweight. This is one of the risk factors of fatty liver. You need to reduce weight to normalize your liver.
You also need to check your lipid profile as high cholesterol is another risk factor for fatty liver.
Good to hear that you are not a diabetic ( as this is another risk factor).
