Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss And Facial Hair Growth

I am a 23 year old female. I have recently been experiencing problems such as hair loss, facial hair growth, and absent mestural cycles. My doctor suggested PCOS however all the tests came back normal including a thyroid test. I had a ultra sound done of my pelvic area and they said things look "pretty normal". They didnt get an image of my left ovary and said my right ovary has one small cyst. I haven't had a menstral cycle in 71 days and all pregnancy tests come back negative. Now I found a lump in the crease of my left leg. My fiance thought it could be a boil however the area around it is not red and I dont believe it is because it doesn't look like anyother boil i've experiences or seen. It doesn't stick out of the skin. its about the size of a quarter and is slightly tender to the touch. Could all of these symptoms be related? Do you have any idea of what could be going on with me?
