Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of halitosis could be because of poor oral hygiene, hormonal imbalance, dry mouth, underlying medical condition, nutritional insufficiency, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit oral physician once and get complete examination done and start treatment accordingly. You should go for scaling and root cleaning of oral cavity. Avoid intake of spicy and sharp food and use antiseptic mouthwash rinses. Do warm saline gargles on daily basis. Do Not lay down immediately after having food. Chew on sugar free candies to stimulate salivary flow.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes,
