Suggest Treatment For Hallucinations While On Metronidazole

Doctor I am taking metronidazole 400mg and ofloxacin 400mg. I drank alcohol the day before yesterday and fainted. I went to hospital and she told me to continue with the antibiotics but don t even touch one drink. So my head feels strange but when I went yesterday to A&E they said everything was fine. So tonight I woke up hallucinating and freaked out and called in my mum. I was hot and thought I was losing my mind. Please could u advise?

As per your history you are taking medication metronidazole and ofloxacin , continue and finish the course .Second point is hallucinations.As far as medical science is concerned it has no relation with antibiotics ,if u want you can light alcohol at night.Regularly take vitamin b complex and iron as capsules.If u want to know the cause of hallucinations I may advise you to check all serum toxicology panels .which includes 12 toxic arameters and check ur total white cell count in blood in CMM..Finally check whether you want to withdraw alcohol quickly or not.If quickly then it can lead to delirium tremens (DT) which leads is a cause of hallucinations.So provide me detailed information so that u can take right medications.
