For chronic diarrhea, rule out bacterial or parasites infective etiology by stool routine micro examination and stool culture study. According to cause specific treatment must be given. If stool shows positive parasite, then anthelmintic drug like Albendazole needed. If still no cause found, then colonoscopy can be done and biopsy can be taken.
