Suggest Treatment For Headache And Anxiety After Menopause

I am very close to menopause. Hrt raised my blood pressure and i can no longer take them. My obgyn suggested emerita progesterone cream. Worked great for 3 months and now im suffering with chronic tension headaches and bad anxiety . Thinking now my estrogen is low tried estriol cream and getting the same symptoms. What to do ? I have an appt with my family dr as my obgyn said to stop the cream and see what my body does . Have done that and its not going away. Been like this since oct.

Try some antidepressant and anxiolytic for tension headache and postmenopausal symptoms and do regular exercise at-least a 15-30 min walk.
medicines like S-citalopram 5-10 mg HS and clonazepam 0.25-0.5 mg HS.
You can show to some psychiatrist for you problem
