Suggest Treatment For Headache Due To Bleeding In Brain

I have a head injury from about a year ago due to getting a baseball to the back right side of my head. I had bleeding on the brain and a hair line fracture to my ocipical bone? I am still experiencing head spins and am wondering if that will go away?

Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

It is quite normal to have persistent head spinning after a head concussion. It could be related to an inner ear disorder due to the trauma.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with an ENT specialist and performing labyrinthine tests. An EEG is also necessary to exclude possible seizures, which may mimic this clinical situation.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes!
