Suggest Treatment For Headache, Nausea And Shoulder Tightness Caused After Cervical Injury

I have cervical injury and suffer from headaches, in back of head, continuous nausea all the time. numbness threw arms and hands, shoulder tightness with sharp pains. Charles horse type issue in calves. The nausea is beyond tolerance. For it never goes away.

I really appreciate your concern, neurological damaged need to be ruled out because this is the only condition cause the nausea and vomiting till then it can be given try with "Ondansetron" CT scan is advisable intracranial pressure would be the cause , hope this information helps.
