Suggest Treatment For Headache, Nausea And Tiredness

I have been feeling very tired and have frequent headaches that cause me to throw up over the past few months. I also have had constant colds. Also when I get my period I become faint and throw up to the point where I cannot function. I went to the ER today to figure it out. My white blood cell count was 12,700, but that s all they said and sent me home with a diagnosis of Naseua and vomiting. Is this normal?

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The white blood cells result is a little elevated which indicates the presence of an infection in the organism.
In my opinion it can be stomach flu.
I suggest to use medications to treat the nausea such as Ondasteron.
I also suggest to drink liquids and eat a healthy diet.
I recommend to take mineral supplement.
To treat a headache you can use acetaminophen 3 times a day.
