Suggest Treatment For Headache

i am a female of 28 years old and having tremendious headache since 6 years .i had a medicare where i was said that i have migrain. i was admitted in ahospital for around a week. after a week of my discharg ,the same problem has occured.plese tell me a immediate action.

Possibility of migraine like headache is more in your case.
Immediate effect will be achieved only by painkiller like ibuprofen.
But it is not advisable to take painkiller all the time.
We need to control your migraine first.
Once it is controlled, no need to take painkiller medicines.
So follow these steps to achieve better control of migraine.
1. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
2. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
3. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
4. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
5. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
6. Start combination of propranolol and flunarizine at night before bed.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 1 month.
