Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Lethargy And Pain Behind Eyes

I have had a headache on/off since Wednesday and I am VERY tired and lethargic, pain in my head, behind the eyes, nose. My concern is the bacteria that goes to the brain, could this be symptoms or sinus? I have taken Tylenol and aleve with no relief.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Bacterial infection to the brain is not very common especially if you have a normal immune system.

It is possible that it is a sinus infection since sinus congestion causes facial pain.
In this case, the use of decongestants and antihistamines along with topical steroid nasal sprays would help.

Eg of topical steroid sprays- nasonex, nasocort, rhinocort

I hope this helps
