Suggest Treatment For Headache,tinnitus And Pain Behind Eye

i had my son 7 months ago,a few days after giving birth i started with a very painfull ear infection which turned out to be a fungal infection the pain in my head was excrusiating,the pressure in my head was terrible.
it would feel like it was spreading to the other ear.
I also started to have blackouts,then i didnt have any for a few weeks but the headaches were still so severe where i would feel like i wanted to stick something in my head to relieve the pressure andi have had terrible earache on and off since,i went to the a & e when the headaches got really bad they tried to tell me they were migraines but the nurse commented on my eye that it didnt look rite but the doctor dismissed it but the pain i was having in my eye and behind my eye was so painfull i have had my eyes tested and there was nothing to be seen but i have been getting flashing lines even when i wake up from my sleep and black shadows in my eyes,then a few weeks ago i went to see a specialist who put me on amytriptiline the headaches subsided slightly but about 3 weeks ago i started getting dizzy and fuzzy all the time i got a ringing in my ear that was driving me mad the next day i started fainting and have fainted every day since and have black shadows in my eyes constantly i had a mri last week no tumours just a cyst that they said would not cause these symptoms i can faint even just by stretching this is really getting me down i cant be left on my own or drive or even bath my son
