Suggest Treatment For Heart Murmur
I am 28,5'2, 130-135. I was diagnosed with a heart murmur when I was 14 but it comes and goes. I recently have been having problems. My breathing has really decresed, my pulse is lower than usual, and my heart feels like it stops then starts again. It feels like I am not breathing enough.

If you have heart murmur, I would advise you to undergo echocardiography. If it comes back normal, then nothingto worry. Young people frequently have such complaints without any abnormality. Follow healthy lifestyle abd it will disappear gradually.
