Hi im 23yrs old female ..suffering with heamangioma on my tongue from birth..i have under gone plastic surgery twice @ 8yrs & 15yrs ..later 17yrs it spend on corner of my lips bluish colour swelling is found n slightly lower gums of teeth front jaw..kindly give me a solution for it..thank you

Since you are telling it is recurring, you might have to get it treated again by surgery. Consult a good plastic surgeon and get it treated.
