Hi I need your help I have a complex cyst 3 cm. painful ruptured hemorrhagic with thickened wall of 3 cm with solid component and cyst semonstartes peripheral vascularity. It hurts very bad Did the blood of all local rupture bleed can it go to stomach or infect my ovaries or my stomach. ? I also have a posterior intranet all fibroid 1 cm. please help me. My obgyn dr. Is no good she doesn t care about me ️Thanku so much
Most patients with ovarian cyst rupture hemorrhagic have an uncomplicated case and are candidates for observation. When you got diagnosis of a rupture cyst can cause hypotension, tachycardia (increase heart rate). If you have any symptom of increase heart rate, dizzy or severe pain you should see a doctor.
