Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids When On Heart Medication

My mother has Hemorrhoids and doctors say that she has to make surgery but on same time she is using plavix twice a day and aspirin 162 mg and her heart doctor refuse totally to stop that even for a surgery ...what is the solution ?she is 66 years old by the way

Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Aspirin being used is low dose and does not increase too much risk of bleeding.
2. However, stopping aspirin is dangerous and can cause rebound thrombosis and could be life threatening.
3. Hemorrhoids is a superficial procedure and wont bleed much. Not to worry. Get her treated.
