Wat disease probably these?
Hi thanks for asking question. Because you are infected with hepatitis b , so your ESR is high. Hepatitis B can usually lead to generalized weakness, headache like constitutional symptoms. You have muscle pain most probably due to infection with Hepatitis B. The sensorineuronal deafness is not here related with this infection directly. According to few study, inner ear may involve in this infection and lead to deafness, but no conclusive evidence for it. Vertigo is associated here. For it rule out hypertension and smoking history. Since you are suffering from this infection you have chances of development of cirrhosis and cancer. So regular monitoring is necessary. I hope my suggestion will help you.
