Suggest Treatment For Herpetic Whitlow

i went to the doctor today and found I had herpetic whitlow. I have also had numbness in my hand with it. Durring this time I have had some itchy skin on my chest and at times a red ear. I asked him about Lymphoma and he checked my nodes and said there was no evidence. What should i do. I am 53 years old male. I do have anxiety problems but my symptoms are real
