Suggest Treatment For Hiatus Hernia With Erosive Gastritis
i have endoscopic report, there is showing some problems which I am showing
Esophagus - Normal
G E Junction-38 c.m
Stomach- Erythematous mucosa noted in antrum,body & fundus.
Erosoins noted in fundus.
Hiatus Hernia noted on retroversion.
D1 & D2 - Normal
Impression - Hiatus hernia with erosive gastritis
So plz advice what I will do which type of medicine should be used in homeopathy. Is it permanently curable or not
Well come to HCM Thank for asking, I appreciate your concern, as long as the hiatus hernia is concern it may not need any treatment but of course severe case may needs surgery else the symptoms of hiatus hernia can only be treated if it is there, second the erosion of esophagus is there, then underlying cause of this is matter of concern and that need to be found out, the most common cause of erosion of esophagus is the GERD (Gastroesophagus Reflux Disease ) and it can be well cured with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 10 mg once in day it need to be taken at evening time and continue this for six weeks or more, try to avoid the spicy food, alcohol, smoking, stress this information helps
