I had lipo on stomach for fat transfer to breasts because of cancer, my blood pressure is up 165/100. Surgery was 4 days ago still swollen and retaining fluids. I take avapro, lisinipril & Hctz for my blood pressure and it has been controlled until this. what should I do?

Hi,
Any surgery or stress event can make bp controlled for a while. 165/100 is definitely high bp for you being on Lisinopril & hydrochlorothiazide.
Continue monitoring the bp, if it still remains high, I'll advice you to add Tab Amlodipine 5mg once daily & decrease the salt intake.
Thanks
