Suggest Treatment For High BP, Diabetes, Headache And Double Vision

I have had a headache for about a week - I have kept it at bay with tylenol but sometimes it really hurts, also my blood sugar went up to 340 a couple of days ago (I have type II diabetes) I had missed two lantus shots. My blood pressure was higher than normal yesterday 155/75 -- it is usually 130/60 or so and I noticed the past two days I had some double vision (better today). I have been unusually cold and shivered a few times. My blood sugar is now down to between 100 and 145 after a meal but I still have a headache and am cold.

Hi
Welcome to HCM
You are diabetic and hypertensive, both the disease are not under check which are manifesting as headache and double vision. Let me explain you
1. As you missed your shots leadnig to rise in blood sugar level and hydration of the lens due to osmosis causing diplopia. Strictly follow your insulin shots timing and visit a physician in case levels are derangement with insulin.
2.As you are HTN (not on medication), a sudden rise in BP can cause a headache which can due to any reason. Sudden rise in BP pose a threat to retinal blood circulation and can manifest in the form of retinal haemorrahge.
Visit a physicain to keep your BP in check
3. See a ophthalmologist for a fundus examination

Hope it helps you
