Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to low blood pressure or orthostatic hypotension. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:

- complete blood count for anemia
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalance
- kidney and liver function tests
- fasting glucose
- a resting ECG.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests. In the meantime, I would recommend increasing salt and water intake and avoid straining physical activity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
