Suggest Treatment For High Fever, Headache And Body Pain

I am suffering from high fever since morning. I have taken dolo 650 twice but fever has not gone fully. I am aldo having headace and body pain. Should i take one more dolo. Both dosage have been taken in an interval of 4 to 6 hours. Kindly suggest as i am not able to sleep.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your fever.

As per your history it seems to me that you had only fever and associated generalized body ache and head ache these are prodomal symptoms of viral or bacterial infection. Mostly the viral one.

To lower your fever you can take DOLO 650 (paracetamol) after every six hours. There is no problem with this dosage. In case you feel any gastric upset you can also take Pan D( pantoprazole) too.

You must also visit the general physician for evaluating the fever related cause.
