Suggest Treatment For High Fever In A Baby
Hello Doctor My son is 22 months old n is having cold frm couple of days...since last 4 days he gets fever arnd 100°F or little more thn that...i m giving him Alex syrup for cold n Crocin for fever...but after hving crocin his fever goes off n return after 10hrs or 14 hrs and again between 99-100°f...can u help me as to wht else i can do so tht hos fever goes off..

Fever is mostly viral in nature and settles in few days.
Continue with crocin 6 to 8 hourly if fever is abov e 100F.
Give plenty of fluids.
In case it persist get him evaluated by pediatrician to see for any focus.
