Suggest Treatment For Hot Flashes Along With Fluctuating Body Temperature

I have been taking a dieuetic my whole adult life. I'm 56. I have experiencing severe hot flashes for 2 years. They seem more intense and frequent than others seem to experience. I am unable to leave the house anymore ..the up and down of my body temp is so uncomfortable. Could the diuretics be making them worse?
