Hello Dr, I am 28yrs old and trying to conceive since 3 yrs but didnt got sucess. consult dr and done hsg. In hsg both tubes were blocked. Then done hysterolaproscopy . Dr is saying that left tube has terminal hydrosalpinx and right tube is congested. Dr is suspious of genital tb so done tb pcr of endometrium and histopathology. both test were nagative. but dr has started empiracally akt 3 for 6 months. Advice for ART as this is only option. Told tubes cannot be repaired as there is adhesion between tube ovary and uterus. pls guide me as i dont want to do IVF.
