Suggest Treatment For Hydrosalpinx In Left Fallopian Tube
Noted on the uterine wall are two intramural myomas measuring 31x28mm(on the posterior wall) and 25x23mm(on the anterior wall). Please can I still have a baby with this result without removing the fibroid? I have been trying to get pregrenent for over 2years now.
Intramural myomas that do not distort the endometrial cavity and are not causing symptoms usually do not need to be removed before attempting pregnancy.
There is no evidence that removing them improves pregnancy outcomes. So, I suggest you not to be worried. You should consult a gynecologist for further evaluation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
