HI SIR SIR I AM HAVING POST INFLAMMATORY HYPERPIGMENTATION due to injury, burn in my cheek&mouth...my doctor suggest MOMEKA (MOMENTOSONE FURAOTE) fr 2 months...bt i am using DR.Reddys CLEAR MAX FOR past 1 week....which is best ...i need a quick remedy sir...pls guide me....
As per your query you have hyperpigmentation marks on your face due to burning . Well such kind of marks takes times at least a month with appropriate treatment . As you mention that your doctor has suggest you momeka cream which is corticosteroid cream and should not be used for long period of time because of its side effects . I would suggest you to wash your face with mild soap twice a day and apply kojivit cream , exfoliate your skin twice a week and apply vitamin E oil at night before going to bed . Also protect your skin from excess sun exposure as it can worsen the condition . It condition doesn't get improved in a month then consult dermatologist again for proper examination . Doctor may recommend chemical peeling or dermabrasion depending upon the severity of condition .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
