I have reactive hypoglycemia (although I eat as healthily as I possibly can). I struggle to keep the drop in blood sugar under control while keeping my weight steady. The most troublesome time is at night when I cant get to sleep (unless eating a slice of brown bread); have restless legs; and usually have disturbed sleep and sort of sleep through a lot of discomfort. Any suggestions? It worries me that if low sugar upsets muscles - it cant be good for my brain. (Age 73, bc survivor, exercise to remain supple and fit)
Dear sir my first question is are you diabeteic. if so reduce your medication can stop hypoglycemia. if you are not a diabetic or if you are not on medication then I suggest you to meet endocrinologist for further evaluation hypoglycemia in non diabetic individuals who are not taking any medication can be insulinoma....
