Suggest Treatment For Hypoplasia Of The Internal Carotid Artery

I have problem from long time My problem is hypoplasia of the left internal carotid artery, where the artery to narrow profile and the absence of the rest of the artery in the cranium the brain.
I suffered from headaches and fatigue, and I am very concerned about the expansion of the arteries of the head, leading to bleeding.
My question is: How is the treatment of hypoplasia of the carotid artery procedure? , I've heard that it is possible to create the carotid artery since birth, in other cases was In twenty years of age or more

Hi;
Your remaining carotid arteries and vertebrobasillar system needs to be evaluated. Maybe blood supply becomes inadequate due to other kind of pathologies or just physiologicly increased demand. Stenting or antiagregant medications may be beneficial, but this must be thoroughly evaluated and managed by an experienced neurologist.
