Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of ichthyosis in legs. Need not to worry. You should avoid itching or pricking these areas with any sharp object. You should wear loose clothes and maintain complete hygiene. I would suggest you to apply antibacterial ointment such as Bacitracin. Apply aloe vera gel it will resolve. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil to lighten the pigments. You can visit dermatologist once if your symptoms not resolving and get complete examination done. Start oral antibiotic course after proper prescription. Take supplements rich in vitamin C.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
