Hello, I have an incisional hernia. June 2016 I had an Aorto Bifemoral Bypass... I fell and got 4 hernias... One my bowel is sticking out of and one my colon. I break out in sweats that are not hot flashes as those I feel from the core and they move out ward. and I have pain and hardening in my lower abs. Do you think I should go to the emergency room ?
Yes, this hernia contains bowel may lead to vascular compromise or torsion may lead to gangrene formation. so you have to consult your doctor immediately.
Please get it done ultrasound abdomen, complete blood picture, ECG and blood sugar.
