Hi, I have stomach problem and once I eat meal in night,I feel that I am not taking breath and feel heart problem.Until I do voumiting,I did’t feel better.and i feel digestion problem and my stomach didt work properly even 0ne single Chapati are unable to digest by my stomach. Thanks,
It can be due to inflammation of stomach lining or gastritis however acid peptic disease etc should be ruled out. Most reliable test to confirm should be upper GI endoscopy however may not be needed at this stage. Using simple antacids like sucralfate along with oral omerperazole before meals as well motilly agents like domperidone or itapride may be helpful. Avoiding spicy, junk foods, or fizzy drinks for next few weeks may be helpful.
